All orders are shipped from our UK facility.

If your item is not a pre-order, standard shipping times apply:

• UK orders: typically delivered within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• EU orders: typically delivered within 5–10 working days after dispatch.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that customs duties or local taxes may apply to EU deliveries and are the responsibility of the customer. For pre-order items, estimated dispatch dates will be clearly outlined once we have stock of the items. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Contact our customer service team at info@atacamaperformance.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.
3. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Our garments are made to UK standard sizing and feature a unisex fit, designed for comfort, movement, and versatility. Each piece is crafted to suit a wide range of body types and built to perform wherever your day takes you.

If you prefer a looser, more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. For a closer, athletic fit, choose your usual size.
